At UraniumGlass, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade uranium glass items. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the handmade and often customized nature of our products, returns are subject to the following conditions:

Custom engraved or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at uraniumglass2@gmail.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

clear photos of the item and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at uraniumglass2@gmail.com.
